AccApp'07 Summer Meeting

We are pleased to announce that the American Nuclear Society (ANS) has approved the program for the "Eighth International Topical Meeting on Nuclear Applications and Utilization of Accelerators (AccApp'07)," sponsored jointly by the ANS and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). AccApp'07 will be held in Pocatello, Idaho, from July 30 to August 2, 2007.

The AccApp'07 program includes the following topics.

• Accelerator facilities (overview sessions)
• Accelerator technology
• Codes, models, and analyses
• Accelerators in materials
• Accelerators in the life sciences
• Accelerators in safety and security
• Accelerators for innovative nuclear systems
• Accelerators in industrial applications
• Utilization of accelerators in nuclear science
• Embedded workshop: Fifth Annual Workshop on Accelerator-Driven Subcritical Systems Experiments
