EPA Drinking Water Standards Upheld

On February 25 the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) rule setting limits on the permissible level of radionuclides in drinking water. The press release announcing the ruling can be viewed on EPA's Web site.
