Anastas Honored by Department of Homeland Security

Health Physics Society Past President George Anastas was recently honored by the United States Department of Homeland Security. The recognition was for his work with the Department's Office of Domestic Preparedness to marshall the resources of the Health Physics Society to assist in the training and delivery of radiation detection equipment to First Responders.
