HPS Comments on EPA Waste Proposal

Health Physics Society President Kenneth R. Kase has submitted comments on behalf of the Health Physics Society to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on its Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) titled "Approaches to an Integrated Framework for Management and Disposal of Low-Activity Radioactive Waste: Request for Comment; Proposed Rule." The ANPR was issued November 18, 2003, and the public comment period was extended to May 17, 2004.
