Can you tell whether or not uranium is natural ore or that it has been
processed by comparing the concentration values (pCi/gram) between 238U, 230Th, and 226Ra?

If uranium ore has been "processed," that is, has gone through the
milling operation which is the first stage of the treatment process, the
uranium content will be quite high—very much higher than is found in
natural ores. The milling process not only concentrates the uranium,
but removes much of the 240Th and 226Ra, so the
ratios between uranium and these materials will be altered. And thus,
the answer to your question is quite simply, yes.
