I work at a research lab and I am working on a project which
involves xenon light exposure to samples, ESR (electron spin
resonance), and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. Is it safe to
continue when now I am pregnant?
A
There are no known possible photobiological interactions of xenon-arc
spectra, pulsed xenon-flashlamp radiant energy, or other flashlamp
effects upon the unborn fetus in utero with regard to work during
pregnancy.
