How do I get an application for the ABHP certification exams?

You can go to the American Academy of Health Physics Web site at http://www.aahp-abhp.org and click on "forms" on the home page. If you do not wish to do it electronically, contact Nancy Johnson at the HPS at 703-790-1745 or by email at njohnson@burkinc.com.
